Power Yoga Class : Backbends and Heart Flame Meditation

Power Yoga Class Heart Opening Flow with Backbends and Heart Flame Meditation.

A rigorous, heart opening yoga flow class led by LA based yoga teacher Michelle Goldstein at The Springs in downtown Los Angeles. This 55 minute full yoga flow class emphasizes upper back opening and moves into a deep back bending sequence that includes danurasana (bow), urdvha danurasana (wheel) and rajakopatasana (king pigeon pose). This yoga class finishes with a special heart flame meditation to help soothe, calm and inspire body, mind and spirit.

About Michelle Goldstein: Michelle has maintained a daily yoga practice for 15 years. A protégée of renowned Yoga teacher, Bryan Kest of Santa Monica Power Yoga, Michelle has been teaching yoga flow and meditation for 8 years.

Michelle leads workshops, immersions & retreats worldwide as well as teaching at Santa Monica Power Yoga, Yogaraj & Equinox Fitness Clubs.

Known for her creative vinyasas (sequences of yoga asana) and pranayama, Michelle Goldsteins teaching integrates influences from various forms of movement and meditation set to powerfully inspiring backdrops of music.
