WHAT I EAT TO LOSE WEIGHT - BREAKFAST || Black Women Fitness

 FREE stuff - http://bit.ly/free-download-weightloss
You can try this for breakfast to lose weight. It's fast and easy and doesn't require any special skills to make.

To make this sandwich for weight loss

- You need 2 slices of your favorite bread (yep, you can eat bread and still lose weight :)). Don't be like me. Pick whole grain bread over white bread for bonus points. It will keep you feeling fuller for longer which helps with losing weight.

-You need 1 boiled egg (i like to have plenty of boiled eggs in the fridge so I can just grab and go). You also need a tiny dab of butter (half a teaspoon is fine).

-I like to add sardines for protein but I understand that many people don't like fish so you can skip the sardine and use chicken breast instead (don't use just any type of meat though because you might accidentally add way more fat that you want to consume for the day).

If you follow my recommendation, you should come out at about 300 calories for the whole breakfast (give or take maybe 50 calories if you have some tea or something with your breakfast).

All in all, i'd say this is a simple, fast, easy breakfast idea. No need to starve or eat only broccoli to lose weight. The key is to be in a calorie deficit and this low calorie, balanced breakfast is a really good start especially if you're working out.

A Easy But Fast Program To Lose Fat After 30, 40, 50 and Above
Many people find failure rather than success with their fitness goals because they lack proper motivation and ideas to reach their goal. Read on to learn about ways you can make exercise and fitness more enjoyable so you will stick with it and see the results you want to see.

You can enhance your workout by adding music. Your favorite tunes can be powerful motivational assistants that help you power through your exercise. Music just seems to make people want to move, and it is ideal to make exercise enjoyable and interesting. Play some music while you are working out. It is a wonderful distraction, and the beats will make you want to shake your booty.

Ask one or a few friends to workout with you. When you can convince yourself that exercise is an excellent way to socialize, you will begin to look at the idea of exercise in a new light. Time will pass quicker, and you will enjoy exercising more. It's easier to be distracted from fatigue when you are attuned to chatting with friends.

Go shopping for a video workout game. This is a very effective way to make exercising more fun. When you're caught up in what's happening in the game, you'll forget that you're exercising. You will find you are motivated to exercise longer, with far more enjoyment, because your workout seems more like play.

It can be a bit daunting to exercise in front of other people. Wear workout clothes that you like to wear, as this will make you feel better when you have to do your exercises. There is a wide variety of styles, colors and sizes for people to wear when working out. Be fun with your choices in exercise clothing, as it will help you feel great about exercising and yourself! Feeling comfortable in your clothing will make you want to exercise.

If you do not vary your exercise routines daily, it will not be long before you become bored. You won't really want to exercise if you dread doing it, so finding new and interesting ways to exercise is a must. Keeping yourself motivated is important. If you lose interest in exercise and stop, you are going to lose your momentum. That will make it hard to get started again.

Rewarding yourself is a great motivational tool that you can incorporate into your weight loss regimen. Your reward does not have to be big or fancy; it can as simple as a small portion of a delicious dessert or something new to wear. Whatever you pick as your reward, pick something that is affordable and that you will enjoy. It is counter-productive to pick a reward you can't afford or isn't readily available. As you get closer and closer to attaining your goals, be sure to keep your motivation levels high.

People often treat working out as something they have to do, but that's not a good way of thinking. You can employ a diversity of tactics to inject fun into your workouts. If you want to create a fun exercise routine, then read on for advice on how you can accomplish that.
