Today we're going to slow it down with a 15 Minute Slow Stretch Restorative Yoga Routine. This will be a great way to recover & stretch, especially if you're sore.

In Restorative we practice with props like pillows and blankets so we can hold resting postures for 3-5 minutes each! Today's 15 minute routine is more of a taste of restorative with ~1 minute resting holds, so if you like it and want more check out my Restorative Yoga Playlist: http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLP7Ou7uUiYzAQ7snhfh9zDDC0MfJfBp7z
