This workout combines relaxing yoga sequence with high intensity exercises to help you burn fat more effectively, and at the same time, give you the "relaxation" you need.

- Mindful Warmup
- Sun Salutations (5 reps)
- HIIT Mountain Climber (10 reps)
- HIIT Alternate Boat Legs (10 reps)
- HIIT Downward Dog Leg Swings (10 reps)
- HIIT Alternate Leg Raises (10 reps)
- Deep Stretches

Total Workout Time: 32 minutes (2 sets)
